1. Weekly Production & Dispatch Planning: Develop and implement weekly production and dispatch plans to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.

2. Production Scheduling: Ensure production plans align with machine capacity targets (Ton/Sheets) to meet customer demand and maintain efficiency.

3. Manpower Coordination: Collaborate with HR to forecast required workforce based on production needs and ensure adequate manpower.

4. Order Processing: Upon receiving customer POs, promptly assess available Finished Goods (FG) stock and raw materials to finalize the production schedule.

5. Customer Communication: Immediately inform customers of the delivery schedule after receiving orders, ensuring transparency and timely updates.

6. Raw Material Procurement: In case of raw material shortages, raise immediate purchase indents for sourcing and ensure quality department approval for materials.

7. Departmental Coordination: Maintain regular coordination with the production, quality, and dispatch departments to ensure seamless workflow.

8. Quality Tracking: Collaborate with the quality department at every stage of production to minimize rejections and ensure adherence to standards.

9. Reporting:



Provide detailed daily production reports to management, highlighting any discrepancies, challenges, or changes in schedule.

10. System Maintenance: Ensure all production data, including WIP (Work in Progress), is accurately maintained in the system to support operational efficiency.

11. Daily Production Management: Oversee daily production planning, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

12. Production Reporting: Regularly update and maintain accurate production reports, providing insights into progress and challenges.

13. Export Planning: Manage and coordinate export container planning to ensure timely dispatches.

14. Wastage & Downtime Control: Implement effective planning strategies to minimize wastage and downtime, thereby improving operational efficiency.

15. Production Supervision: Oversee production through direct supervision, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely execution.

16. Team Coordination: Regularly engage with line-in-charges and department heads through daily meetings to ensure smooth operations.
