- Prepare and monitor the Master Construction Schedule for high-rise and low-rise building projects.
- Develop resource-loaded schedules and track manpower allocation.
- Prepare 3-month look-ahead and detailed monthly look-ahead schedules with resource requirements.
- Analyze and update S-Curves and manpower histograms for project progress monitoring.
- Conduct project planning reviews through site meeting agendas and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Maintain and update the Delay Register and perform delay analysis.
- Perform risk analysis and maintain the Risk Register.
- Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper document control.
- Track and update the RFI (Request for Information) Register.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management review.
- Coordinate with all internal departments for timely execution of project activities.
- Prepare MIS (Management Information System) reports for project monitoring.
- Submit BOD and GM reports highlighting project progress, delays, risks, and resource status.
- Use planning tools such as MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
