Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and supervise the salon team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns.
- Achieve revenue targets through service, retail, and membership sales.
- Monitor appointments, billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure hygiene, operational standards, and SOP compliance.
- Prepare daily and monthly business performance reports.
- Support marketing initiatives and business development activities.
