Education qualifications:- B. Tech Mechanical with at least 15 years of experience/Diploma in Mechanical with 20 years of experience.
(i) Proficiency in management of large size skilled manpower including managers, Engineers, and technicians, with solid leadership and management qualities.
(ii) Should have sound knowledge of Operation and maintenance practices of Engineering equipments of a continuous process industry.
(iii) Experience of management maintenance of large size utilities equipments like DG sets, Compressors, blowers, vacuum pump, Cooling towers, LT HT electrical system, transformers etc.
(iv) Project management technological upgradation etc.
(v) Inventory planning and control.
(vi) Knowledge of Glass plant emergency handling procedure and safety practices.
(vii) Preferable from a container glass industry.
