- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks during manufacturing.
- Identify defects, process deviations, and quality issues on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and process documentation.
- Ensure implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures.
- Analyze rejection, rework, and customer complaints to reduce defects.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and compliance activities.
- Verify raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products as per specifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean.
- Ensure calibration status of measuring instruments and gauges.
- Train operators on quality standards and process requirements.
- Follow safety, environmental, and company policies during operations Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
