Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis for the Bengaluru Delivery Center. The role will partner closely with business and finance stakeholders to provide financial insights, drive cost optimization, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, actuals tracking, and financial reporting for the Delivery Center.
- Partner with business leaders on headcount planning, cost management, and financial performance.
- Lead annual budget planning and periodic forecast cycles.
- Analyze financial results and identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with Global and Country FP&A; teams to ensure alignment of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor headcount, productivity, and operational performance metrics.
- Oversee intercompany billing, reconciliations,



and revenue tracking activities.
- Track savings initiatives, business cases, and financial benefits realization.
- Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and management reporting.
- Drive financial governance, reviews, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business finance.
- CA / CMA / ICWA / ACCA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
