Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure non-woven products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods through quality inspections and testing.
- Conduct quality audits, investigate customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze quality data, defect trends, and process performance to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and documentation related to quality control and traceability.
