UPL Solar is hiring an experienced Tele Sales Executive for outbound cold calling to Australian residential customers. If you're confident in sales, target-driven, and enjoy closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:

- Previous cold calling and sales experience (mandatory)
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Solid negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, energetic, and a team player
- Ability to work Sydney business hours
- Immediate joining preferred

Responsibilities:

- Cold call Australian customers
- Promote solar and battery solutions
- Generate leads and close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer follow-ups and CRM records
