We are seeking an experienced SAP project manager to assist our customer in a global roll-out of SAP S/4 HANA.
Responsibilities :
- Support PMO activities including project onboarding, status reporting, and maintaining RAID logs.
- Execute updates and reporting across key tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Concur.
- Maintain and distribute project documentation, dashboards, and reports to drive program visibility.
- Partner with functional leads and the PMO to escalate issues, track dependencies, and monitor progress.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the program as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, in large-scale ERP or SAP programs.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (ADO, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Concur)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
