Position Overview

- Job Title: SEO Specialist
- Job Type: Full-time / On-site
- Location: Vilanguruchi Road, Ganapathy, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
- Experience: 1 to 3 years (Preferred) / Enthusiastic Freshers with strong SEO training are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headings (H1-H6), URL structures, internal linking, and body content for targeted keywords.
- Off-Page & Link Building: Execute ethical white-hat link-building strategies, secure high-quality backlinks, and manage local business citations.
- Technical SEO: Identify and troubleshoot crawl errors, site speed issues, mobile responsiveness gaps, and manage sitemaps and robots.txt files.
- Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to discover high-value traffic and conversion opportunities.
- Local SEO: Maximize visibility through Google My Business (GMB) / Google Business Profile management, optimization,



and local review strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance utilizing Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and core SEO tools. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for clients tracking traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and core web vitals.
- SEO Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- CMS Familiarity: Experience working with popular Content Management Systems, especially WordPress.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a major plus.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to help coordinate with content writers and client-facing teams.
