- Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming ideas and concepts into visually compelling designs that bring event spaces, stages, exhibitions, and campaigns to life. You will work closely with project managers to create engaging graphics for corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, and large-scale government events.
Roles And Responsibilities
Concept Development
- Collaborate with business development team to interpret briefs and translate messaging into engaging spatial designs.
- Conceptualize layouts for conferences, forums, product demos, expo booths, and ceremonial setups
- Develop event concepts that reflect the tone and goals of corporate and government clients (e.g., professionalism, accessibility, innovation, cultural relevance).
- Create mood boards, spatial themes, and visual narratives for presentations and approvals.
Event Design & Visualization:
- Design creatives for social media campaigns, emailers, and websites related to the event.
- Suggest creative ideas for dcor, installations, and interactive experiences.
- Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives during the event lifecycle.
- Create mood boards, spatial themes, and visual narratives for presentations and approvals.
- Work with the 2D and 3D Graphic designer to create pre-sales presentations and execute the event
- Deliver floor plans, elevations, and layout references to guide production and fabrication teams.
Event Collateral & Graphic Design
- Design supporting visual materials such as:
- Wayfinding signage
- Information boards
- Branded podium wraps
- Presentation backdrops
- Delegate kits
- Event invites
- Brochures and handouts
- Develop event branding that adheres to institutional or corporate brand guidelines.
- Develop event concepts that reflect the tone and goals of corporate and government clients (e.g., professionalism, accessibility, innovation, cultural relevance).
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with production vendors to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Support pitch and proposal decks with visual layouts and branded templates.
Collaboration & Execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project managers, government liaisons, client representatives, and external vendors.
- Collaborate with business development team to interpret briefs and translate messaging into engaging spatial designs
- Participate in internal reviews, client presentations, and on-site walkthroughs.
- Support on-site execution and quality control when needed, ensuring design intent is realized.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from compliance teams or stakeholder reviews.
- Should be ready to travel in case of event requirement.
Requirements / Skills
Must Have:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) , Corel Draw, Power Point & Similar Software
- Strong sense of design, typography, and visual communication.
Valuable to Have:
- Familiarity with 3D visualization tools (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar).
