Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Digital Transformation

- Lead Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives across manufacturing functions, driving projects from concept and business requirement definition through implementation, UAT, Go-Live, and stabilization.
- Act as the key interface between business functions, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment, timely execution, risk mitigation, and successful adoption of digital solutions.
- Establish project governance by tracking milestones, budgets, dependencies, and perks realization, while providing regular progress updates and decision support to senior management.

2. Innovation Program

- Lead the Innovation Program across manufacturing functions, driving idea generation, evaluation, implementation, and value realization aligned with business objectives.
- Coordination with department heads and cross-functional teams to enhance employee participation, improve idea quality, and achieve annual innovation targets.
- Established governance mechanisms to track idea implementation, monitor benefits realization, and ensure alignment with operational and business objectives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by engaging leadership and employees in identifying, implementing,



and sustaining innovative solutions across the organization.

3. New Car Development/New Projects

- Lead cross functional program management activities for new vehicle development and new projects, ensuring readiness across manufacturing, quality, procurement and supporting functions.
- Govern program execution through milestone tracking, trial build management, investment planning and proactive risk mitigation to support successful vehicle launches.
- Facilitate executive reviews, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution, driving timely decision making and successful delivery of new model introduction and expansion programs.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in OEM/Auto parts/Auto agency industry with a focus on strategy, program management, program lead, project management
- Strong understanding of business strategy development, execution, and implementation.
- Proven track record in developing effective production planning processes that meet customer demands while minimizing costs.
- Native: Andhra Pradesh (Preferred) and(or) Telangana, Mumbai, Pune, North India (Considered)
