Machine Shop Maintenance

Academic Qualifications Diploma/B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Experience 7-17 years of relevant experience in maintenance Reporting to Area Head Maintenance

Key Responsibilities ;-

1. Assist in major breakdowns.

2. Analyze major and repeated breakdowns.

3. Monitor and improve the effectiveness of PM and PDM.

4. Assist in the implementation of safety procedures.

5. Exposure to maintenance of Siemens and Fanuc CNC systems. Fanuc is preferable

6. Exposure to CNC Makino Machine Maintenance and breakdowns

7. Exposure to troubleshooting and programming of Siemens S7 300/1200/1500 PLC

8. Exposure to Fanuc and Siemens servo drives

9. Exposure to mechanical maintenance of machining centers and SPMs 10. Exposure to spare parts planning.

11. Exposure to material handling systems

Competencies/ Capabilities Required Functional:

1. Should have good knowledge of PMC programming & Maintenance of various FANUC CNC controllers

2. Should have good knowledge of PMC programming & Maintenance of various SIEMENS CNC controllers

3. Knowledge about Fanuc Drives & Servo Motors

4. Should be able to upload/download Programs, Parameters, and ladder from CNC & PLCs

5.



Should have experience in Nut runners / DC tools / Special assembly tools

6. Should have experience in Robots ABB, COMAU

7. Knowledge of different VFD systems and PLCs like Siemens S7 300, S7-1200

8. Should have exposure in Mechatronics consisting of Mechanical systems, calibration of systems.

9. Exposure to Why-Why analysis, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions PLC / CNC equipment.

10. Diagnostics/fault tree analysis of power electronics, drives, controls, and safety systems.

11. Hands-on experience Makino CNC HMC, VMC, Nagel Honing, SPM Machines & Robotic washing machines

12. Experience on machines like Makino, Nagel, Lokesh, SPM & CES washing machine.

13. Prepare, plan, and execute PM calendar & PM Schedule

14. Understanding of maintenance requirements – maintenance – IR, TBM, Predictive maintenance CBM, Corrective Maintenance, Engineering Kaizens.

15.Knowledge of SAP systems

16.Knowledge of Marposs Gauging systems
