About the Role

VKGK is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to oversee the company's finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure financial accuracy while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation, including return filing and assessments.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and banking transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers,



and financial records.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure timely regulatory compliance.
- Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
- 3–8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
