Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to drive Institutional/B2B sales of Industrial Fasteners and Engineering Components. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer relationship skills, and experience in handling OEM and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers to expand the business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer visits to understand requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
- Coordinate with the Sourcing, Product Development, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders, and overdue payments.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts,



and business updates for Management.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in the ERP/CRM system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and support.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

- Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 8-11 years in Institutional Sales, Industrial Fasteners, Engineering Components, Industrial Products, or MRO
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Good technical understanding of Industrial Fasteners and Mechanical Components
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP/CRM systems
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
