Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BeyondTrust PAM Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions within enterprise environments. This role involves integrating PAM solutions with IAM platforms, securing privileged accounts, automating access management processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization's security posture.

Skill / Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and configuring BeyondTrust PAM solutions.
- Robust understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust modules including: Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) , Privileged Remote Access (PRA), Password Safe (PWS), Privileged Management for UNIX & Linux (PMUL), BeyondTrust Insights Reporting
- Experience integrating BeyondTrust with IAM/IDM platforms and enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of privileged account lifecycle management, access control, user entitlements, and credential management.
- Functional understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Familiarity with cloud-based Privileged Access Management solutions.




- Experience creating policies, reports, and workflows within BeyondTrust.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into secure Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain BeyondTrust PAM solutions across enterprise environments.
- Plan, scope, deploy, and integrate BeyondTrust with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Management (IDM) platforms.
- Configure and administer BeyondTrust modules including EPM, PRA, Password Safe, PMUL, and Insights Reporting.
- Develop and maintain policies, access controls, reports, and privileged account governance within the BeyondTrust platform.
- Analyze privileged accounts for ownership, risk, access appropriateness, and compliance with organizational security standards.
- Configure and test integrations between BeyondTrust and enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for the PAM environment.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to implement secure privileged access solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
- Support compliance initiatives by implementing privileged access controls aligned with organizational security policies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during implementation and operational support activities.
