Role & responsibilities
- Acquire 7-8 new clients per month through open-market activities.
- Generate revenue from sourced client accounts across financial products.
- Cross-sell mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, bonds, IPOs, Demat and trading accounts, and other investment products.
- Achieve a monthly target of 5 SIPs of 2,000 each.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify sales opportunities, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into active customers.
- Provide product guidance and ongoing client servicing.
- Meet monthly client-acquisition, revenue, and cross-selling targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business generated.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and sales processes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in banking, broking, insurance, mutual funds, wealth management, financial services, or field sales is preferred.
- Freshers with robust communication skills and an interest in financial-product sales may also apply.
- Good understanding of investment products, equity markets, SIPs, and mutual funds is desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Comfortable with open-market acquisition and field sales.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle customer queries.
- NISM or NCFM certification will be an added advantage.
