We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Engineer to join our project team at our Odisha site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and inspect all civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
Conduct field and laboratory tests on construction materials such as concrete, soil, aggregates, steel, and bitumen.
Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and client representatives for inspections and approvals.
Ensure proper implementation of Quality Assurance (QA/QC) procedures at the project site.
Review mix designs, material approvals, and method statements.
Identify quality issues, initiate corrective actions, and monitor their implementation.
Ensure compliance with IS codes, IRC, MORTH specifications, and project quality standards.
Support internal and external quality audits and maintain all QA/QC documentation.
