Aditya Birla Capital (ABCL) has diverse, industryleading businesses across multiple verticals, including lending, life insurance, health insurance, insurance booking, mutual funds, housing fice, wealth management, insurance advisory services, retail broking, distribution of third party products etc. Rationale for the role lies in advantage of integrating strategic alliances and fintech partnerships centrally for panABCL to maximize benefit at the most optimum economics

Build worldclass digital platforms in a space where our competitors have already evolved their digital product offerings.
Aligning Digital Heads, along with each of their one downs to ensure effective alignment and rollout of ABC Digital guidelines to drive UI/UX synergy
Our tech approach is traditional which creates a challenge in imagining and delivering cutting-edge and agile tech solutions for newage user experience.
Develop seller empathy to raise plans and build products to satisfy their needs.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with: Engineering, Design, Data Science,

What Youll Do

- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for My Track.
- Build and scale capabilities across:
- Credit Health & Credit Score Tracking
- Expense Management & Spend Insights
- Investment & Portfolio Tracking
- Net Worth Monitoring
- GoalBased Ficial Planning
- Personalized Ficial Insights & Recommendations

- Drive customer engagement, retention, and habitforming user journeys.
- Leverage data, analytics, and experimentation to improve product performance and personalization.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Define and track key success metrics including adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, and crosssell.
- Enable seamless integration of lending, investments, insurance, and other ficial products within the platform.

What Were Looking For

- 812 years of experience in Product Management, FinTech, WealthTech, Consumer Internet, or Digital Platforms.
- Proven experience building and scaling customerfacing digital products.
- Strong understanding of personal fice, investments, ficial wellness, or consumer engagement ecosystems.
- Experience using data and customer insights to drive product decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving customer problems at scale.
