Job Summary:
Responsible for acquiring new business loan customers, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for business lending products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire customers for Business Loans, LAP, and SME/MSME loans.
- Generate leads through referrals, field visits, and channel partners.
- Understand customer funding needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Achieve assigned business and disbursement targets.
- Maintain robust customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
