Role Overview

We are looking for a agile, customer-focused, and results-driven Patient Care Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients, delivering an exceptional patient experience while facilitating appointment bookings for diagnostic tests across our network of 300+ test centres.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed appointments while building trust and confidence in our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound patient enquiries professionally, creating a positive and memorable patient experience.
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients(Leads) to generate appointments and promote our diagnostic services.
- Understand patient requirements and provide accurate, timely, and relevant information about our tests and services.
- Effectively address patient queries, concerns, and objections with empathy, confidence, and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments based on patient preferences while ensuring optimal utilization of available slots.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, enquiries, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment booking and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient journey from enquiry to appointment.
- Adhere to quality standards, call handling protocols, and organizational compliance guidelines.
- Contribute proactively to team objectives by sharing feedback, best practices, and process improvement ideas.

Skills do we look for:

- Minimum Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in telesales role for minimum 1 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer skills and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the medical field and terminology is a plus.
