Role & responsibilities

- Provide technical support to international customers via voice calls.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to software, hardware, internet connectivity, and applications.
- Troubleshoot technical problems by following standard operating procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, productivity, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, processes, and technical troubleshooting techniques.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data security guidelines.
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Graduate or Undergraduate (as per company eligibility criteria).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in International Voice Process or Technical Support is an added advantage.




- Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, internet, and networking concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
- Comfortable working from the office (if applicable).
