Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for our overseas recruitment business. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in overseas recruitment, and the ability to drive recruitment strategies, manage client relationships, and lead a high-performing recruitment team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end overseas recruitment operations
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection processes
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client manpower requirements
- Monitor team performance, recruitment KPIs, and productivity




- Coordinate with operations and client servicing teams for smooth execution
- Prepare recruitment reports, MIS, and management updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience in the Overseas Recruitment Industry
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong client relationship management experience
- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in strategic hiring and recruitment planning
- Solid knowledge of recruitment portals, sourcing techniques, and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Immediate joiners preferred
