As a Solution Architect, you ll be the go-to problem solver, translator, and strategist who brings
clarity and structure to complex data challenges. You ll work directly with our customers to
understand their business goals, design elegant technical solutions, and lead teams to deliver
results that make a measurable impact.
This is a leadership role for someone who can simplify complexity, delegate with confidence,
anticipate what s around the corner, systemize what isn t and build structure that scales all

What You ll Do
Lead End-to-End Data Solution Design
Connect the dots between the business problem, the data, and the solution.
Understand the customer business goals, data, systems, pain points and organizational
structure to define solutions that address the entire problem, not a slice of it.
Leverage the client s proven frameworks to deliver solutions that work beautifully and
make sense to everyone involved.
Engage and Communicate with Customers
Lead engaging discussions that bring clarity, not confusion, asking the right questions
and turning answers into action.
Present complex concepts in ways that make people say, Oh, now that makes sense.
Write crisp, clear summaries and next steps that move projects forward and build
customer confidence.
Drive Project Success




Spot risks before they become issues and solve them with practical, calm, and creative
solutions.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and
momentum.

Review designs, validate data flows, and help unblock technical challenges when needed.
Lead Through Structure and Empathy
Delegate effectively so everyone knows what success looks like.
Establish transparent processes and structure so teams can work smarter, not harder.
Mentor others by modeling curiosity, open communication, and a get-it-done mindset.

What You Bring
5+ years of experience in solution architecture for data analytics or technical consulting
in the retail industry.
Solid understanding of data structures, cloud-based architectures, and analytics
platforms (like Snowflake, Looker, dbt, etc.).
Excellent communication skills you can lead a meeting, write a sharp email, and translate
tech-speak into human language.
A knack for predicting problems before they happen and designing solutions that prevent
them.
Leadership presence that earns trust and inspires confidence both internally and with
customers.
A sense of humor, humility, and a desire to make work enjoyable for yourself and those
around you.
