What Youll Do

- Find and engage new customers in manufacturing, utilities, energy, and transport both in Private and Government Sectors Cold outreach, warm intros, events, LinkedIn, referrals whatever works Run discovery calls and meetings with operations leaders, plant heads, and CXOs




- Understand customer pain points and map them to our solutions
- Drive deals from first call proposal negotiation closure Build and manage a healthy pipeline and forecast Work closely with our founders and tech team to shape the right solution for each customer

Who You Are

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise / Industrial sales Bachelors Degree in Management/Engineering or Masters in Business Administration
- Comfortable doing outbound, follow-ups, and closing not just account management
- Curious about manufacturing, operations, automation, IoT, or digital transformation
- Confident talking to senior stakeholders but humble enough to keep learning High energy, self-driven, and resilient you dont give up easily
- You like ownership, accountability, and seeing the direct impact of your work
