Management Experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive monthly and annual store sales targets and achieve retail KPIs including Sales, Conversion %, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall Conversion, Customer Retention, and Store Profitability.
- Manage end-to-end store operations ensuring adherence to company SOPs, policies, and brand standards.
- Lead and manage store team performance through training, coaching, motivation, and performance reviews.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, attendance, leave management, and staff retention.
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolve escalations, and build strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store presentation as per Lawman brand standards.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock transfers, GRN processes, cycle counts, and annual stock audits.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Control shrinkage, pilferage, and inventory losses through effective monitoring and preventive measures.
- Manage billing operations, POS transactions, cash handling, petty cash, deposits, and financial compliance.




- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with operational, commercial, and statutory requirements.
- Analyze sales reports, product performance, and business trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute local marketing activities, in-store promotions, and customer engagement initiatives to drive footfall and sales.
- Maintain store hygiene, housekeeping, security, staff grooming, and overall brand image.
- Coordinate with Regional Managers, HO, and Warehouse teams for operational excellence and business growth.
