Role Overview

The FOFO Scouting Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding franchise partners and locations under the FOFO (Franchise Owned Franchise Operated)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and scout potential franchise partners for FOFO store expansion in assigned regions.
- Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential cities, towns, and micro-markets.
- Source leads through field visits, broker networks, references, and local market intelligence.
- Evaluate franchise prospects on financial capability, business intent, and brand fit.
- Support identification of suitable retail sites along with partners.
- Conduct primary catchment and competitor analysis for proposed locations.
- Present FOFO business model, investment structure, and ROI expectations to prospects.
- Coordinate with legal, projects, and operations teams for onboarding and store launch.




- Maintain and track a strong pipeline of prospects and closures.
- Share regular MIS and progress updates on scouting and conversions.

Job Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline with 0-5 yrs of experience/MBA Graduate/MBA Freshers.
- Willingness for extensive travel and field work.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Positive understanding of local real estate and retail markets.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Franchise development / FOFO model exposure
- Partner acquisition & onboarding, Franchise Operated model. The role focuses on market scouting, partner sourcing, site feasibility, and coordination with internal teams to drive retail expansion.
