Key Responsibilities

Incentive Program Management

•Design and implement sales incentive structures tailored to insurance products (life, health, general).

•Ensure incentive plans align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and profitability targets.

• Calculation & Reporting

•Accurately calculate monthly/quarterly/annual incentives based on sales performance data.

•Maintain automated tools, dashboards, and reports to track incentive payouts.





•Validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies in sales records.

• Data Analysis

•Analyze sales trends and incentive effectiveness to recommend plan adjustments.

•Provide insights to management on incentive-driven performance outcomes.

• Compliance & Governance

•Maintain audit-ready documentation of incentive calculations and approvals.

• Collaboration

•Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT teams to streamline incentive processes.

•Act as a point of contact for sales staff regarding incentive queries.
