We are looking for an experienced O&M; Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of STP, ETP, WTP, and RO plants.
- Manage daily plant operations and ensure uninterrupted performance.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with statutory standards.
- Lead and supervise operators, technicians, and maintenance teams.
- Optimize chemical, power, and operational costs.
- Prepare O&M; reports, maintenance records, and client documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 510 years in Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant O&M.;
