We are seeking a energetic and talented Recruiter to join our team at RARR Technologies Pvt Ltd in Faridabad. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for both IT and Non-IT roles.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
- IT Graduate (BCA/BSc/MSc/MCA/BTech) / MBA HR preferred
- Extensive experience in using Boolean Search techniques
- Proficiency in working with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Sound knowledge of leveraging Social Media Platforms for Hiring purposes
Experience Range: 1 - 3 years
Immediate to Max 30 days joining period

- This is a Work From Office (WFO) opportunity.
- Preference will be given to Faridabad Applicants.
