Role : Sr Specialist / Specialist

Location : Palava City Phase 2

Salary : 15-20K plus attractive incentives based on closures

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment activities
- Understanding the clients given requirements
- Job postings on portals, LinkedIn, etc.
- Sourcing candidates on job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc.
- Thoroughly doing the pre-screening activities & making understanding of the role




- Coordinating & scheduling interviews with the clients & follow-ups
- Maintaining recruitment tracker, MIS, requirements & candidates status
- Industry research about the hiring scenario & possibly current client acquisition too
- Benchmarking industries & competitors
- Client coordination & meetings with prior appointments

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication & presentations skills. He/she would be required to work on recruitment of various open positions for the clients.
