Job Title: HR Executive - (Preferred Immediate Joiners)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

Source candidates through job portals, social media and references

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and interview scheduling

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Handle offer roll-out and joining formalities

Requirements:

Any graduate

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience: 1 to 2 Years
