- Lucknow:
Designation: Service Team Lead- Paackage: 4.5 LPA
- Collection Team Lead- Package: 4 LPA
- Quality Analyst: 4.2 LPA
- Trainer: 4.2 LPA
- Bangalore:
Designation: KAM TL: 7 LPA
- Sales Quality Analyst: 5.5 LPA
- Qualification: Any graduate can apply, but for Bangalore location we are considering 12+ 3 years of diploma as well.
- Eligibility: 3 years of overall experience and 1 year of experience as a Team Lead/ Quality Analyst/ Trainer is needed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Allocate work and track if the team is working towards the desired goals,
- Review requirements and create test strategy,
- Analysis of team's performance and identifying the problem popping up in the process,
- Coordinate with internal, external team and with client as well, etc.
