We are hiring SOLAR Technicians with 1 to 10 years of experience in SOLAR POWER PROJECTS as well as FRESHER Trainees with ZERO experience in SOLAR as Trainees to be trained and work with us in Uttarakhand, Uttar PRADESH, Haryana, Punjab and Delhi for our SOLAR POWER PROJECT S under Government of India's Flagship Program "PM SURYA GHAR MUFT BIJLE YOJANA".

Important Points:
1. Class 8th or 10th or 12th pass wanting to become SOLAR TECHNICIAN can apply,
2. Anyone who has done skill development in any trade or SURYAMITRAS are welcome to join us,
3. ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Fitter/Welding trade with or without any prior experience are most welcome

You will be trained in the Company for a period of one year. During the entire period of your training, Company will judge your performance on various parameters including skills achieved/attained by you in the training in the Installation of SOLAR POWER PLANTS, your work as a TEAM Member, your behavior and conduct during the training, etc. and if YOUR performance is found to be satisfactory then YOU will be permanently absorbed in the Company after successful completion of training as TECHNICIAN.
5. On successful completion of 12 months Training, you will be promoted to the post of TECHNICIAN and a TEAM LEADER
