The Role

Global Export specialist is responsible for performing internationa export documents validation and coordination/Synchronization with Europe & USA

What you will do

- Main Task: -

o

Overseeing the entire process of shipping goods across international borders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to all regulations

o

Preparing, reviewing, and managing all necessary import/export documentation

o

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders

o

Check Export documents availability in MI shipping (specific tool from MI) and completion vs compliance request

o

In case of missing EX, request to brokers or freight forwarder to obtain it

o

If correction needed, request correction to be broker as per trade compliance guideline.

o

Follow up of gaps in a spreadsheet with classification of gap type and monthly review.

o

Familiar with Incoterms such as FCA, CFR, CIF, DAP, FOB, DDP etc.

o

Check Export declaration availability for 100% of FCA flow and transport documentation.

If one of the pieces of information above is missing:

Request to customer of the missing document

Check and follow-up with KPI reviewed on monthly basis

Proposal of action plan for recurrent gaps

What you need to have:

- Candidate should have Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Degree/Diploma in International Business, or a related field is preferred.

- The Global I/E specialist must have 2 5 years of experience.

- Solid knowledge of export procedures, international trade regulations, and customs Compliance.

- Strong understanding of Incoterms with respect to global standards

- Understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles

- Good English communication – verbal and written

- Knowledge in international transport regulation.

- Basic knowledge of MS office pack

- Open minded to work with foreign countries.
