- To scout and evaluate cutting-edge technologies in LV Switchgear including Switches serving Industrial, Photovoltaic, BESS & Railway sectors.
- Test and validate new concepts for integration into products and support in productization partnering with product management & Engineering teams.
- Build expertise in electronics and power electronics design.
- Collaborate with academia to co-develop future-ready solutions.
- The position will be part of the CTO office with the possibility of progressing to the CTO position.
- Drive innovation across existing and next-gen product lines.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with relevant experience in LV Switch Gears
- Should have minimum 15 to 18 years experience
- Age not to exceed 38 to 40 years
- Should have good experience in Design/Technology aspects of LV Switchgears/Switches
- Should have valuable experience in Technical Evaluation of finished products (Third party manufacturing) design and technology aspects.
- Should have a good understanding and passion to collaborate with academia /institutions for collaborations and research.
- Strong foundation in power systems, switchgear, and electronics.
- Passion for research, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Experience in R&D; or technology scouting.
- Exposure to academic-industry partnerships.
- Knowledge of embedded systems or IoT in power systems.
- Should be willing to work out of Coimbatore location.
