Role & responsibilities

- Build and lead a strategically positioned Corporate Communications function.
- Strengthen visibility, credibility, and reputation in India.
- Develop integrated communication strategies aligned with organizational priorities .
- Drive executive and leadership communications
- Lead crisis and reputation management
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across media, healthcare, institutional, and partnership environments
- Ensure alignment between local communications activities and global communication standards
- Lead and develop a high-performing communications team
- Operate effectively within an international and multicultural structure

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 13-15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, External Affairs, Public Affairs, Reputation Management, or related functions




- Significant senior leadership experience within complex organisations (min. 5 years)
- Mandatory experience working in international and multicultural environments
- Proven experience collaborating closely with global headquarters and international leadership teams
- Robust track record in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and reputation management
- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, life sciences, or other purpose-driven sectors is advantageous, but not mandatory
