3. Subcontractor Billing

- Auditing: Strictly police subcontractor invoices to ensure they match actual site execution.
- Protection: Safeguard project funds by enforcing all necessary deductions and retentions.

4. Cost Control & Reconciliation

- Reconciliation: Enforce strict material tracking to actively prevent theft and leakage.
- Profitability: Protect project margins by immediately halting wastage and cost overruns.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (construction management).

- A diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in civil engineering is required.

- Proven expertise in civil project management; knowledge of building codes & regulations is an asset.
