Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Job Summary: ACE Engineering College, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Quantitative Aptitude Trainer. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in teaching GATE, ESE(IES) or AMCAT & eLitmus training for engineering aspirants and a proven track record of success in the competitive examinations. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instructions, developing lesson plans, and helping students excel in quantitative aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering all quantitative aptitude topics required for the competitive examinations, campus placements as well as academics.

Conduct classroom sessions, online classes, and one-on-one tutoring as needed.

Create and administer practice tests, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate student progress.

Provide detailed feedback and personalized guidance to help students improve their performance.



Develop and maintain a repository of study materials, practice questions, and resources.

Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Monitor student performance and provide regular progress reports to management and students. Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.

Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.

Requirements:

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in teaching quantitative aptitude to GATE, ESE(IES) aspirants or AMCAT & eLitmus training.

Strong understanding of Competitive and placements exam patterns, question types, and difficulty levels. Excellent command of quantitative aptitude concepts and ability to explain concepts in a clear and simplified manner. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms for delivering virtual classes.

Patience, dedication, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student needs and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate or postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with competitive exams such as GATE, IES, GMAT, GRE, or other entrance exams is a plus. Familiarity with the latest educational technologies and teaching methodologies.
