Role & responsibilities

Production

- Operate and monitor production processes to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure product quality by following SOPs and quality standards.
- Monitor process parameters and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Follow safety and 5S practices on the shop floor.

Maintenance Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical/instrumentation issues.
- Minimize equipment downtime to ensure continuous production.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain machinery as per maintenance schedules.




- Maintain maintenance records and ensure spare parts availability.
- Follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility:

- Diploma holders only (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Production, Glass & Ceramic, or relevant disciplines).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

Employment Type:

- Full time Employment (FTE) FOR 3 YEARS
- Direct employment on the company's payroll (No third-party payroll or contractual employment).
