Role & responsibilities -

- Preparation and certification of Client RA Bills, IPCs, variation orders, and subcontractor bills.
- Measurement and reconciliation of bridge quantities including foundations, piles, pile caps, piers, pier caps, PSC girders, bearings, deck slab, approaches, and protection works.
- Preparation of project baseline schedules, catch-up plans, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitoring physical and financial progress against project milestones.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for clients and management.
- Tracking productivity of manpower, machinery, and key construction activities.
- Coordination with site execution, survey, QA/QC, and design teams for quantity verification and billing support.
- Monitoring contract quantities, budget utilization,



and cost performance.
- Identification of delays, critical path activities, and preparation of mitigation plans.
- Support in claims, change orders, EOT submissions, and project documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust knowledge of bridge construction methodologies and item-rate/EPC contracts.
- Expertise in BOQ management, quantity reconciliation, and project billing.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, AutoCAD, and Advanced Excel.
- Ability to analyze project progress and generate MIS reports.
- Experience in major bridge, ROB, flyover, or highway bridge projects preferred.
