Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the sales team to provide technical and solution support throughout the sales cycle.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable POS, self-service kiosk, and weighing scale solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical presentations for customers, partners, and system integrators.
- Prepare solution proposals, technical specifications, BOMs, and product recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Provide technical consultation on hardware compatibility, peripheral integration, and deployment architecture.
- Coordinate with software partners and internal technical teams to ensure seamless integration of POS hardware with customer applications.
- Respond to technical RFPs, RFIs, and customer questionnaires.
- Support channel partners by conducting product training and technical enablement sessions.
- Work closely with Product Management and Technical Support teams to address customer requirements and resolve technical queries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging retail technologies.
- Participate in customer meetings,



exhibitions, product launches, and industry events.

Skills & Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Technical Sales within POS Hardware, Retail Technology, or IT Hardware.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Solid knowledge of POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, RFID solutions, kiosks, weighing scales, and retail automation products.
- Understanding of Windows OS, Android-based POS systems, networking fundamentals, and hardware integration.
- Familiarity with APIs, middleware, serial/USB/LAN communication, and POS software integration is preferred.
- Experience in preparing technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering customer presentations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, and partner engagements.
