We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Quality to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments & Capable of implementing Quality Systems and Processes in our current fabrication and assembly plant.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Prepare and verify the SOP, QAP for the production process
2. Establish and maintain Quality System and process in the plant
3. Develop and verify the Jigs and fixtures for process and verification
4.
Analysis the customer complaint and implement CA in all respective areas
5. Prepare and follow 8D for all customer complaints
6. Ensure all tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained
7. Train the team member and improve the progress
8. Ensure all welders are qualified as per SSI requirements
9. Allocate and monitor the team member progress
10. Update the monthly MIS, KPI to Management
11. Zero Customer complaints
