Key Responsibilities

Showroom Management

- Open/close the showroom and ensure it is clean, well-displayed, and demo-ready every day
- Manage product display, price tagging, and availability of catalogues/brochures
- Attend to walk-in farmers and dealers; assist the sales team in closing deals and product demos
- Handle customer escalations, complaints, and after-sales/service coordination

Operations & Inventory

- Maintain stock records of machines and spare parts; conduct periodic physical stock verification
- Coordinate inward receipt of machines from manufacturers and outward deliveries to customers/dealers
- Plan and track deliveries, installations, and field demonstrations
- Coordinate with vendors for showroom upkeep (electrician, IT, internet, transport)

Sales Support & Finance Coordination

- Track daily sales, enquiries, and follow-ups; report daily/weekly MIS to the Director
- Coordinate customer financing cases with tie-up financiers (Mahindra Finance, AU Small Finance Bank) documentation and follow-up till disbursement
- Ensure invoices, delivery challans,



and warranty cards are correctly issued (coordination with Accounts)

Team & Compliance

- Supervise attendance, duty roster, and discipline of showroom and godown staff
- Train sales staff on product features and customer handling
- Ensure basic statutory hygiene at the premises (fire safety, labour inspector visits, insurance claim coordination when needed)

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc. Agriculture / Diploma in Mechanical is a plus)
- 4 to 8 years of experience in showroom/dealership operations preferably tractors, agri implements, automobiles, or heavy equipment
- Working knowledge of inventory management and billing (Tally exposure preferred)
- Comfortable with MS Excel/WhatsApp Business for reporting and customer coordination
- Fluent in Hindi; ability to converse with farmers from rural Chhattisgarh is essential
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred (local coordination/market visits)
