Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Process Type: International Chat (Inbound / Blended) Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts (as per business requirement) Week Off: 2 rotational weekly offs

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the International Chat Process in Gurgaon. The role involves handling inbound and blended customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound chats for international customers.
- Respond to customer queries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Ensure first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain chat quality and meet performance metrics.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data security norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
- Experience:
- Freshers can apply.




- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

- Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge & good typing speed
- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts

Salary Package:

- Freshers: 18000-20,000 (Based on assessment scores)
- Experienced: 22,000-38,000 (Based on assessment scores)
