Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Use/Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Claim management.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reviews to management & customers.




- Visit customer / sites for meetings and project related activities.
- Support in invoicing, collection.

Qualifications:

- B.E/B. Tech
- Project Management Qualified (PMP) or IPMA certification is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SCADA Industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.

- Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
