We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Chief Operating Officer - Male to lead and scale operations for our quick-growing restaurant chain across India.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate/ MBA preferred.
- Experience: 15+ Years in F&B; / Hospitality / QSR / Multi-unit Restaurant Operations. Must have handled 10+ outlets or large teams.
- Skills: Strong leadership, business acumen, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Compensation:
Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets. Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, hygiene, and SOP adherence.
- P&L; & Business Growth: Own P&L; responsibility. Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability across all locations.
- Strategic Planning: Work with founders/board on expansion plans, new outlet launches, menu engineering, and market positioning.
- Team Building:
Lead, mentor, and develop senior management including GMs, Area Managers, HR, Finance, and Marketing heads.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experience and brand reputation across all touchpoints.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with FSSAI, labor laws, licensing, and all regulatory requirements.
- Vendor & Supply Chain: Manage vendor relationships, procurement, inventory control, and supply chain efficiency.
- Technology & Processes: Drive implementation of POS, ERP, and other systems to improve efficiency and data-driven decision making.
