Youll create impact by:
- PhD or masters degree in computer science, Robotics, AI, or a related field from a reputed institute
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in solving sophisticated real-world problems with a solid emphasis on translating research into deployable solutions
- Demonstrated experience across AI systems that get along with the physical world (robotics, sensors, edge devices, or cyber-physical systems)
Youd describe yourself as:
- Proven expertise in training deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, Vision Models) using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in OpenCV, OpenGL, and modern 3D/vision toolchains
- Deep understanding of image processing, computer vision, and video analytics, including implementation of advanced deep learningbased pipelines
Hands-on experience in:
- Object detection and tracking
- Semantic/instance segmentation
- Action/activity recognition
- 3D reconstruction and scene understanding
- SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping)
Strong experience designing AI systems that operate in and get along with the physical world, including:
- Robotics perception and control loops
- Autonomous systems and decision-making
- Real-time inference on edge/embedded platforms
Familiarity with:
- Embodied AI concepts (agent-environment interaction, closed-loop learning, perception-action cycles)
- Simulation-to-reality (Sim2Real) pipelines using tools such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo, Unity, or Mujoco
- Reinforcement Learning (RL), imitation learning, or behavior cloning for physical systems
Experience integrating:
- Perception Planning Control stacks
- Physical constraints into AI models (latency, energy, stability, safety)
Exposure to:
- Robotics frameworks (ROS/ROS2)
- Edge AI deployment (NVIDIA Jetson, embedded GPUs, RTOS systems)
- Real-time systems and safety-critical AI
Experience with sensor fusion and multimodal perception (vision, LiDAR, IMU, audio, etc.)
- Experience in research prototype production pipelines
- Ability to identify optimal architectures and technologies for scalable solutions
- Strong exposure to multimodal AI systems and system-level design thinking

- Ability to translate sophisticated technical concepts into clear, structured communication for customers and collaborators
