Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant / Solution Architect to design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role involves end-to-end solution architecture, Salesforce development, enterprise integrations, production support, and stakeholder management in a large-scale logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Platform Events, and APIs.
- Manage Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Design and maintain integrations with MuleSoft, Oracle Fusion CDM, ERP, Billing, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Own the complete SDLC including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor development teams and drive Salesforce best practices.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex and LWC

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, solution architecture, and production support.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, Platform Events, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Fusion CDM, ERP, Billing, or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Experience owning the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, governor limits, data modeling, and best practices.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and release management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with business users.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.
- Experience in the Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or other enterprise integration environments will be an added advantage.
