The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading workplace and corporate interior projects from concept to execution. The role requires hands-on involvement in design development, material selection, client coordination, consultant coordination, and close interaction with site execution teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and functional corporate interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and project objectives
- Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept to completion.
- Interpret and translate client needs, functional requirements, and brand identity into preliminary plans and design concepts.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories based on design intent, budget, and functionality.
- Develop conceptual sketches, layouts, and mood boards to showcase initial design ideas.
- Define project scope, detailed project timelines and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.
- Coordinate closely with site execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues,



and support smooth project execution.
- Work collaboratively with MEP, PMC, and vendor teams for seamless project coordination.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project deliverables.
- Stay updated with current market trends, materials, workplace design standards, and construction methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of proven experience designing functional and visually appealing interiors, preferably in workplace interiors, offices, commercial spaces, and fit-out projects .
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and vendor coordination.
- Strong creative sensibility with an eye for detail, aesthetics, and spatial design.
- Ability to apply style and functionality to create inspiring workplace interiors.
- Excellent visual design skills with a robust sense of proportion, scale, and materiality.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design works.
- Good communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
